TOO PRETTY TO JUGGLE

OK, the gosling juggling kit from Wash-o-saurus is damn cute in it's own right, but when you add teeny tiny little Jayne hats to them from Bootstrap Produtions, you have achieved a dangerous level of media fandom inside-jokeness coupled with a catastrophic amount of cute that, well ... let's just say there could be squealing.

SERENITY CHRISTMAS ORNAMENT

Yes, time to pimp another Fan Done exclusive item. This time it's hand-painted Serenity Christmas ornaments.

DON'T HAVE 2 HRS? JUST BUY A TICKET

Had a thought the other day and wanted to pass it along.

With my 1.5 jobs and online biz, it's kinda pathetic, but I don't have 2 hours to spare to go see Serenity again. So how can I support this shiny movie to make my voice heard that I want sequels?

I buy a ticket. Fandango is my friend. Do a search for "Serenity" and then put in a zip code. Use 75023 if you want - we've got 2 theatres with 4-5 showings a day still running.

The bean counters don't care about butts in seats, they care about ticket sales. So if your little town isn't playing Serenity any more, hop on Fandango and buy a ticket in some other city. It's obvious the rush is over, so you're not keeping anyone from seeing the movie buy purchasing a ticket to a movie you aren't going to show up at. Buy a ticket to the first showing on a week day and you're pretty much assured you're not taking someone's seat.

For $5.50/ticket (matinee showing for above zip code plus Fandango service fee), you can make a difference in these last days before the DVD hits the shelves. Just think if everyone reading this only bought 1 ticket ... we might get that sequel yet. ;)

SUMMER GLAU

Summer Glau was one of the guests at Wizard World Texas, and the whole reason Jeni and I took on this crazy expensive venture. She is one of the sweestest people I have ever met - very generous with her time, smile, and signature.


She came by our Fan Done and Shiny Shirts booth in the off hours to sign the wall-sized poster

It's the mighty fine booth by FanDone.com and ShinyShirts.net here at Wizard World Texas. We actually had 20' of space and filled it up.



and to the left of the table space is the blood-sucking mega banner! If you view it up close, it's a bunch o little dots, but a few feets back and it transforms into something much more than its parts. Not bad for being assembled at 11:43 pm the night before.
